Honda’s 2008 CRV EX Will Impress SUV Lovers
Honda builds some of the most durable cars that you can find on the market and can make an SUV so much more than just a bulky car that you drive on the road. The have proven with the new 2008 CRV EX that they can talk an SUV and give it sophistication and comfort. This doesn’t mean that you can’t get it dirty every once in awhile and take it out on the open dirt road.
Beleive it or not the Honda CRV EX was acctually built on the chassis of the Honda Accord. Don’t worry they have added more space for everything and have made it easier for everyone to drive. The performance and handling make it easy to drive on and off the road by using a MacPherson strut suspension in the front and double wishbone setup in the back.
It is powered by a 2.4-liter i-VTEC inline four that can push up to 162 horsepower and 162 pounds-per-foot of torque. I think we can all agree that it shows us an impressive amount of power? Even the CRV transmission can do no wrong in our eyes. But with all the performance and handling and power that it has we have to say that our favorite thing about the CRV is the fact that it has amazing gas mileage. The price for this SUV is $30,000.
