The new BMW Hydrogen 7, the first hydrogen powered sedan, is ever becoming a talked about vehicle. Especially now that one of the biggest names in late light comedy has decided to be one of its esteemed owners. Jay Leno, host of the Tonight Show, keeps his new ‘baby’ at his famed car garage, which has been dubbed the ‘green garage’. The name fits well with the garage because it derives most of its energy from steam power.
Ferrari is getting ready to release its newest and most amazing vehicle yet. One that will get them in on the eco-friendly market. This newest Ferrari will be much lighter than normal and will use a lower-displacement engine. But don’t think that will but back on the whopping 500 HP.
Thoughts are that such a car would derive its powerplant from the one mooted for the Millechili concept shown earlier this year. Though the car shown was nothing more than cardboard, the powerplant spoken of was a twin-turbocharged, direct-injection, 550-hp, 3.0-liter V-8.
The 2012 Lexus GS-F is going to be one that we will be watching closely looking at everything they will be doing to it. Why? Well already we have heard news about the engine that it will be housing, the V-10 5.0 liter.
