6-SeriesBMW chose to re-design the 6-series and they have finally completed the project. The changes are not over the top, but rather subtle. The new vehicle features a wide air intake and new LED indicators, while out back, the center-mounted brake light has been integrated into the spoiler.

Inside, you’ll find a new iDrive button that is supposedly more ergonomic, along with Sun Reflective Technology that will be standard on the convertible model. Under the sheetmetal, Stop-start technology has been implemented, that coupled with BMW’s newest Efficient Dynamics fuel saving tech and regenerative braking system will increase electrical efficiency.

Apple Car?As always there are rumors flying around that Apple is working on devolping an in-car navigation system and possibly a stereo system for Mercedes vehicles. These features will only be available to Mercedes during the first six months of 2009. After that the technology will be available to other manufacturers who want it.

Knowing Apple CEO Steve Jobs’ preference for Mercedes, and Apple’s new push into consumer electronics, a GPS system is at least somewhat believable. Add the audio system element, and people got to thinking. What if Apple wasn’t working on two projects with Mercedes, but instead just one?

Black LamborghiniPeople who spend thousands of dollars on a Lamborghini that they love don’t like to part with it. Unfortunately Marlowe Treit had to do just that after it was involved in an accident. Marlowe Treit, from Oregon, had bought the black Lamborghini for his 60th birthday. He has decided to sue after a small plane piloted by FBI agents. The propeller from the Cessna airplane mangled the driver’s side of the black Lamborghini.
